I went to Advance Auto in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, and was told that generator batteries couldn’t be recharged. I was then “offered” a $100 replacement. I took the same battery to O’Reilly Auto Parts in Hot Springs Village, where Will was able to recharge it in less time than it took me to drive to Walmart for gas. That is excellence in customer service. On another visit, I needed a spark plug. Walter showed me what he had in stock and took the extra step to verify the part number by comparing the new spark plug with the old one I brought in. Today I got to experience something very wonderful at the O'Reilly's in Hot Springs Village. And this day and age is very rare to find people who are willing to help and go outside of their box to help other people. I want to send out a huge big kudos to Teresa at the Hot Springs Village O'Reilly's. This woman was relentless in helping me change the battery in my 2007 Mercedes SLK 3 50. She went above and beyond what I expected and was such a kind and relentless Giver customer care O'Reilly should be proud to have such a woman working here at this store who cares and gives her utmost at all times. She never appears put out or hurried by anything that you asked. Thank you ma'am! You are the best

Would not recommend went in for oil came out with nothing had no initiative to make a sale basically told me if I wanted cheap oil to go to Walmart wasn't even looking for cheap oil was trying to see if they had any deals on oil was so bad bought from autozone instead

Used to go to Autozone but the service at O'Reilly is so much better, and their prices are comparable!
