Alamo Rent A Car

The 2026 Silverado RST was a dream to drive. If I could make one suggestion, Put Alamo on your signs where you are supposed to return. It cost me a gallon of gas driving around the parking lot only to realize I was suppose to park at National, which I ended up doing but when I went inside I was dinged for that gallon. The folks were extremely helpful and didn't charge me for it. I Sincerely appreciate the $7 discount they also gave me when my card was compromised and frozen from fraud while I was gone. I will definitely be back. Thank you both again for your help, your boss is lucky to have you.

Wow most amazing service ever. My son forgot his earbuds in the rental. Called the counter, nice person said she would have detailing look for them. She called back They found them. She delivered to TSA. TSA handed to me after screening. I am amazed we got the earbuds back. Thank you all.

WORST experience I have ever experienced! I paid my reservation through my flight as a bundle and was asked to pay the remaining fees when I picked the vehicle up. The remainder balance of $78.80. When I presented a Mastercard that was through evolve bank which google reviews state that Alamo does in fact take this card, they ran the card twice and it was declined- I had the available funds on the card and my bank was not seeing the transaction so it was something on Alamo’s part. The associate manager offered to help and run my card on the computer in his office but when the branch manager showed up she refused to run the card and immediately said they do not take my type of Mastercard. This was not a prepaid card but through a bank and I previously checked to see if they would accept my

Had a great experience with Alamo in Peoria, IL. I had a last minute urgent trip and the whole process went great. I appreciated the rental agent’s knowledge and kindness.

I initially changed from a midsize SUV to a truck due to hauling a few large items. A week into my rental agreement I realized the midsize SUV would actually work better. The staff at Peoria airport were helpful and got the changes made seamlessly. Thank you!
