Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an amazing experience during my recent office trip. I had reserved a standard car, but to my surprise, I was offered a Jeep Wrangler at the same price as the standard car! The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly generous and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. He even told me there was no need to fill up the tank when returning the car since they were providing me with a different vehicle. The Jeep Wrangler was a fantastic upgrade, and my colleagues were all pleasantly surprised that I got such a great vehicle. It truly made my trip memorable.

Wrecked holiday plans - "Confirmed" car rental through Amex Platinum; its not worth the bytes or paper its printed on with Enterprise PIA. I went in person to the counter (the day before to confirm all was set), and after either pretending to not be able to find the reservation, or being too incompetent to find it, Lo and Behold they have no cars. Fine... its the holidays, I get it... but have the decency to tell your customers that "Reservations" are fictitious and should not be relied upon; or, that they have systematically overbooked. Whatever- - - reason #435 that silicon valley apps like Turo and Uber have taken over industries that used to be able to even more shamelessly exercise their monopoly of grift and indifference. Seriously... if your plans are important to you and a botched

I have rented a car from them several times here and also elsewhere. It was a model tax experience, but I always give a different car instead of booking something online.

Easily the best rental car experience I've ever had, which wasn't a high bar to clear, but they truly did make the experience fairly painless. The pickup and return was quick and easy, the car I received was fairly new, clean, and functional, and the service was top-notch. Mary, who was working at the National Car Rental counter, was extermely friendly, making small talk and ensuring my rental satisfied my expectations. Overall, a very solid experience for something that's typically a pain.

We picked our car up at the Peoria Airport Enterprise. This is our second time using the Airport Enterprise. The employees were great and knowledgeable of their job.
