One-way rental from Billings to Great Falls, Montana - arrived at 11:30pm at the Billings airport with much trepidation around getting the car at that late of an hour, even though we'd called ahead to confirm - desk staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Car was great and what we expected; drop off/return at Great Falls was equally satisfactory, notwithstanding that we had a change to our schedule. Warmest recommendation for Alamo Montana!

This review is for Merrin. She was so helpful! I was being a pain, I had to make changes to the reservation, then I needed to switch the car, then I couldn't find my luggage so she walked with me to look for it, just all around helped me out and did things that are probably beyond her job description. I really appreciate it, give her a raise!

Quick and easy pickup and dropoff. Staff was friendly and efficient. Car was exactly as promised. Was clean and roomy.
