Alamo Rent A Car

Come on Boise alamo. This is unacceptable. 25 minute wait in line while the employee small talks with every customer, walks away from the counter multiple times, zero urgency. Get a self check in kiosk like every other Alamo in the world. It's the only reason I rent from alamo. Actually had to cancel my reservation while standing in line and book with Avis. (Left with car ahead of most of the people in line in front of me at Alamo)

We had an excellent experience. Jesse got us set up with a good car, offering an upgrade to a 4 wheel drive car due to the weather. We very much appreciate how helpful he was making sure we were taken care of for our trip. The return process was quick and easy.

Best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Rian and Wayne were so helpful with pick-up and return! There was no wait time and the car I rented was clean and new. Great customer service and hassle free.

Alamo made the check in and check out process easy. After a long day of airplane delays to get to idaho, lauren made it very easy to get our rental and be on our way. We were so pleased with our car, we're even thinking about it as our next car purchase. Thank you alamo!

The employees in Boise were very courteous and knowledgeable. My check-in and check-out in both Boise and Tucson were the best I have ever had.
