The service at the counter and the car were good BUT after a few minutes after driving i had a weird feeling about the “full tank”. Shortly stopped at a gas station on the way, even if the gauge was close to the top, almost 5 GALLONS MISSING (on a regular tucson it’s about a third of the tank). That shouldn’t happen.
The easiest and most pleasant pickup and drop off of a rental car I have ever encountered. Pickup was in Charlottesville VI and drop off was in Asheville NC. Folks were fast, efficient, friendly and kind in both locations.
Everything, as it relates to the rental, pickup, and return of our vehicle was not good nor great! Instead, it was exceptionally awesome! TY Alamo
The car was unsafe to drive (didn’t brake properly) but they tell us if we return we’ll get charged for extra fee and they don’t anything available so we should just keep driving. If I crash, will Alamo be responsible for me?
Alamo Rental Car gets my vote! Fast, friendly staff, great car, great price.👍👍
