Fantastic experience! The staff at the Alamo Car Rental at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport were incredibly friendly and efficient. I was in my car in under 20 minutes. The vehicle was clean, modern, and drove perfectly. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a stress‑free rental. Special kudos to Tyrone and Lolita, who went above and beyond with their customer service and made my visit even more enjoyable—and thank you for the great restaurant suggestion! This was my third time renting from this location, and they continue to impress every time.

Jordan and Watts – at the Atlanta Enterprise car rental – they were absolutely phenomenal! Including myself, we had eight travelers and we were stranded at the Atlanta airport this past Saturday night due to Frontier Airlines delayed flight from Mexico which prevented us from making our connection in Atlanta to JFK (our final destination). I was forced to get ourselves home somehow all while attempting to do so prior to the arriving Blizzard expected to hit New York around 3 PM EST on Sunday 2/22. Thank GOD for Jordan and Watts. Jordan went above and beyond searching internally for a suitable vehicle for us and luckily found my family a 15 Ford passenger van. I arrived with a reservation, a promise wrapped in time— but two long hours in the cold turned patience into rhyme. They said, “Just a moment,” as the minutes froze in air, a crowd of weary travelers waiting, each story met with blank stares. Customer service was silent, no warmth, no care, no grace— just keys and a quick dismissal, not even a smile upon a face The staff moved slowly, their words half-hearted and thin, as if time were theirs to spare, not the traveler’s ticking within. No apology, no urgency, just keys placed in my hand and silence where good service should have stood. Really cannot fault Alamo. Car as advertised and a seamless collection from Atlanta through to a seamless drop off in New Orleans after a trouble free 3 week road trip. Excellent

Remote check-in at their kiosk was extremely easy & kept us from having to wait in line. Loved this process! Staff in the garage was helpful & directed us to exactly where we needed to go. Can't remember the last time I flew through Atlanta with such an easy experience at the rental car counter!!
