Super handy location from the hotels inKaanapali. Limited choice if vehicles but that is no deal breaker. Mostly sedans. Very friendly and professional help.

Our recent rental experience with Alamo was probably the best one we have had with any car rental company that we can remember! The entire process, from online reservation to vehicle return was quick and easy, the rates for any of the vehicles we considered were great, and the car was clean, odor-free, and everything worked. Alamo will definitely be our #1 go-to for car rentals in the future! Thank you.

Beyond thankful for the free shuttle ride from the airport. They also helped us ride back to the hotel for a credit card. The staff is so friendly and fun and it's an easy process to rent the car. The car is amazing and drives so smooth. Recommend booking it through Costco for cheaper prices.

Service is great, we gave rented Nissan sedan and a Jeep Wrangler and the both the keys just quit on us. We are staying in Kaanapali Maui and we had to drive to the airport and exchange our Nissan for The Wrangler and 2 days later we had the same problem. We don't know what to say. The keys just didn't connect or something like that. Keep in mind service is great from what we experienced.
