Juan’s Auto Repair (NAPA Autocare Center)

I have contacted Gabriel several times in order to get estimates on jobs that other service centers would take weeks or a month to get the parts needed. Each time he managed to get the parts quickly and fit me in to fix my car. Him and his team are amazing! Super professional and helpful. I highly recommend their car services!

My truck needed an oil change bad. Looked/called around and some of the prices were ridiculous. Called Juan's and talked to Gabriel. He explained the price range and why. Made an appointment for latter that day; I was in a 1 out by 1:45. Cost was at the low level and the service was excellent including resetting the electronics and topping off all the fluids. I feel better that I know have a place to bring my vehicles in for service. Highly recommend Juan's.

I needed some new tires for my car. It's usually hard to find a mechanic to get a quick job done on the west side. I talked to Gabriel on the phone and he helped me out. Found some time for me, I called in the morning and dropped off the care 20 minutes later and the job was done in a few hours. Gabriel was great on the phone and listened to me and helped me. Big thanks Gabriel, the process was fast, easy, and affordable.

I will change my review since I spoke with Gabriel and what happened is past. It was a series of unfortunate events that started with a broken tire but I appreciate Gabriel taking the time to talk to me and explain. Things could have been handled differently, but we all learn from that. One advice that I suggest is to always have the information of the car you rent to communicate to them before making any arrangements. Just to make sure everything can work. Regardless, thank you guys!

I have taken my car to Juan's Auto Repair on 2 occasions for separate issues on my car and both times they have diagnosed and repaired my car within 24hours. They are very professional and they care about what they do and the job they do. I highly recommend their services for you car needs. They are reasonably priced and will do a great job.
