My car rental experience was smooth and convenient. The reservation process was quick, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the pickup and drop-off were straightforward. Staff were professional and helpful, making the overall experience stress-free. I would consider using this rental service again in the future.

I reserved a minivan months in advance for a two-month summer vacation and completed the online check-in the day before my scheduled arrival at the end of June. I even called ahead to confirm the minivan was in stock, expecting a smooth, hassle-free experience. However, upon arriving at the counter, I was informed that the vehicle I had reserved was unavailable. Instead, I was offered a substitute at an outrageously higher price due to 'high season demands.' This unexpected price hike left me feeling completely blindsided and incredibly frustrated, as I had specifically booked early to avoid this very situation. These guys stuck me with no car…made the reservation weeks ago. No call, no email, no help. Wasted about $60 on Ubers, then had to call 3 times to get my money back. Awful, do not rent from Alamo or enterprise at Stewart. Scrambling to salvage vacation I was supposed to leave for in a coup hours. Also they still have cars listed as available online for the same dates, STILL! Shady operators.

Very upset with Alamo as the gave me a rental with bald tires and I didn't realize until 1/2 way across my trip when it started to rain. Called multiple numbers and was given the run around. Not one person I spoke with even asked for my info or the vehicle information. Not one return call as requested from a supervisor or someone that could help. If I do not hear back in a few days I will be contacting the BBB and making a formal complaint with pictures and video.

My experience with Alama at the Stewart location was nothing short of a disaster. The staff was not only unprofessional but also displayed an unbearable arrogance, turning what should have been a simple transaction into an agonizing ordeal. The manager, in particular, shows a complete disregard for customers and refuses to honor contracted prices. It’s hard to believe a company could operate at such a low standard. While I understand that every establishment has its off days, the blatant disregard for customer service I encountered here was shocking. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere—Budget and other options are far superior. Avoid Alama like the plague!
