I had a great experience with Alamo at Newark Airport. The check in process was quick and easy, and the entire pickup went smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciated that there was no upselling or pressure to add extras. Everything was straightforward and efficient. On top of that, they had the best price compared to other options I looked at. I could not have asked for a smoother rental experience. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be using them again.

Kudos to Gail had me in and out within 5 minutes. Love me a good and efficient employee! She was polite and friendly with a great attitude! Y'all need more employees like her! The gentleman that assisted with the car in the parking garage was also great he cleaned the ice off our mirrors and windshield and assisted us with all our luggage as well. Will def rent from here again!

Wow, surprisingly great experience from the beginning to the end. The associate did not try to upsell anything to me (only briefly asked about gas which was very reasonably priced), they allowed me to select the car myself and provided booster seats for free! The car was clean and nice and return was smooth as well! Really appreciate great service!!!
