Alamo Rent A Car

This was my first time getting a Rental. Everything went smoothly with the pick-up and drop-off. The Toyota Corolla that I rented had a leak in the front left tire that I had to keep air in. But when I returned the car they were willing to give me a discount. :) I would be happy to use Alamo in the future!

Alamo car rental at the Dwight D Eisenhower airport had great customer service and I rented a 2025 Nissan Sentra that was clean and easy to drive. Pick up and drop off were easy.

The whole experience was perfect. The customer service in Wichita was great. The vehicle was what I had requested and in great shape. There were no glitches or surprises- exactly the way it should be. Will use Alamo again.

If I could give this place a negative 5 I would. I rented a car for myself, in-laws and 3 kids. We drove from witchita airport to Hutchinson. We we parked at our Airbnb, the car was smoking. We immediately called Alamo roadside assistance and they all but told us they couldn’t help us. We continued with going to the funeral that we were in town for. The car continued to smoke. We put in countless requests for a car swap. We finally got someone to respond FORTY EIGHT hours later (Sunday). Alamo sent a tow truck to swap out our cars and the site would not allow a tow swap and required us to be there… what a joke - the car was smoking and not drivable so I’m not sure how they expected us to be there for the swap…. They proceeded to tell us they couldn’t help us and that we could UBER
