My husband and I were shopping for a car and the experience at Alan Jay Kia in Sebring was very positive experience. First starting with Craig the sale representative was very welcoming and accommodating. As demanding as I was transitioning from a Lexus and used to all the luxury Craig made sure we were happy and we ended up getting 2025 kia sorento and it met all our expecting and beyond. Chris Sanchez the sale manager was very professional and made sure to help and explain all the details. Also the finance manage Curtis was very good doing his job without pressure.

Went in the service area for advice on my steering wheel on my 2022 F 150 King Ranch that have a factory defect and she look up my phone number on her system and the first thing she said the car is out of warrantee so I ask her to just see it so she can give me a recommendation on the problem and she just told me no that I need to replace the whole steering wheel for just a small peeling piece of the plastic. Not much help from the service dep staff. The good thing that their are many other Ford Dealer that want your business.

I just had my Ford Escape in for a Tailgate Issue and an Eco/Boost not functioning properly. Two weeks ago I had the same issues with no fix. The claim the battery was good today and last week. The cost today (for a diagnostic check) was $164.04. The car was there for 6 hours. There was also a cost of $14.76. This was, according to them was for shop materials (you know: rags, soap, whatever). That cost was a scam. Those items are not to be charged to the customer. The diagnostic to me was way over charged. After they told me the diagnostic checked out ok they said I need a new Lift Gate Hatch Lock Latch Activator for a cost of only $634.00. I declined the Activator repair. I can purchase that part for $60.00 new. Their labor cost must be extremely high. I would NOT recommend Alan Jay for a
