Alan Jay Cadillac of Sebring Service

I was disappointed that Alan Jay of Sebring did not change the transmission oil filter on my C8 Corvette. I was told by GM that the first oil change included a transmission oil filter. Alan Jay also stated that they rotated the tires, which would be really bad. Also, they had me sign the workorder but would not give me a copy, so I don't know what I signed. They also did not want to give me any kind of paperwork stating they received my car.

I called and told them about my sudden car problem. Geo said bring it in but with it being Christmas time probably cant get in till after Christmas. I had to catch a flight out of town in 2 days...Well they fixed the problem that day it was a bad spark plug. Im back on the road. I can't thank them enough. They saved my Christmas.

I have not had one of my cars serviced at a dealership since I can remember, maybe never. Probably assumed they would introduce their vacuum to my wallet (as in hospital charges), which would sorely disappoint them. I recall talking with my salesperson Ferdinand about the first service, but it did not stick that it would be at no additional cost. So when I arrived I was thinking only an oil change and tire rotation, should not sting too badly. When the Service Manager asked if i wanted it washed, I replied with a very concerned "how much" ? He said it was complimentary if I did not mind waiting additional time. "Never turn down a free car wash" would be any healthy person's reply, but in hindsight I see he was more concerned about my wait time extending. So what was a great service

Overall a great experience. I don’t know if anyone will read this but we are so thankful to have the Alan Jay team aid us in a payment plan. With medical bills and limited paychecks, we appreciate the kindness and help this company has shown us. Thank you!
