Alaska 4 Wheel Drive

Great experience with this guys. Had an alignment issue with my new truck. Dealership had the truck for 3 days and couldn’t repair it. These guys had my truck fixed in less than a day. Truck drives perfectly straight now.

They don’t even deserve 1 star! This is the most corrupt repair place I’ve ever used. They had my son’s truck for over 6 weeks with a quote of $1200. They claimed they were waiting for a part to be repaired. I don’t think they did anything. Then the truck was vandalized in their care and they didn’t take any responsibility for it. We finally gave up and took the truck back and will take it somewhere else. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! They are running a very scummy operation. FOLLOW UP: the truck was repaired in one day at Peak automotive in Wasilla and come to find out it was just the sensor in the 4WD switch and the repair cost was $330.

These guys were recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. My tuck is running great, the cost was fair and communication was great. My truck was done a day later than expected which they called to inform us. I did not have to wonder or chase them down for info (like I’ve had to do with other mechanic shops in the past). Cost was fair and there were no hidden surprises. I would recommend this place and will be returning in the future.

Kelly knows what he is doing. Took my 69 chevy truck to him one time and now I don't take it anywhere else. Good work for a fair price.

I called Alaska 4 wheel Drive as the first step in a long journey regarding a complex drivetrain issue I'm having with my heavily modified '97 Ford F250 4x4. Kelly the manager, was extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. He listened to all of the details of my situation over the phone and understood my predicament. He welcomed me to stop by the shop anytime with my truck for a quick visual inspection to help direct me on how to solve my complex situation. He provided me with the solutions, and I am grateful.
