Excellent customer service and communication and great prices! I’ve tried multiple mechanics in the area and none are comparable. Sometimes they are busy and it takes a while to get your car in, but they are upfront about this and once it’s in they get it done. It is worth the wait, they are busy for a reason.

I drove 2019 Tacoma from BC all the way to Alaska and it suddenly made an erratic speedometer movement. Based on many good reviews, I visited this place and asked for help. At the reception desk, a lady told me that they are fully booked to September. So that I asked the lady whether it is possible to have the vehicle checked with computer at least and she said she would talk to a mechanic. A few minutes later a mechanic showed up with a computer and ran it. He told me that it is safe to drive. I was relieved to know that it was safe to drive and asked how much I owed and she just let me go. I appreciate very much for the kindness of reception lady and mechanic!! If I live in Palmer, I would use this place for the repair and maintenance for my truck. Nice people! Thanks!!

Great local shop, very fair price with great professional mechanics, and Tonya at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. I'm a return customer, they've helped me out many times over the years. They were also the only people who were able to do an alignment on our old RV.
