Randy was recommended by another shop that maintains our motorhome. The steering wheel was off center and the engine sounded...unhealthy. Randy got it running smooth, gave us suggestions for battery maintenance and referred us to an alignment shop in Anchorage for the steering. He took his time explaining all the work and patiently answered all our questions.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Said would get to vehicle in 3 days, after 6 weeks of nothing, and I mean nothing because he indicated that he had other clients he had contracts with that take priority; went to pick it up, and was charged $300+ for a pressure wash??? The invoice received said customer inpatient?? Really? Was very patient considering how long the vehicle was there and absolutely nothing was done, then changed the verbiage to I had to wait on your insurance to get the ok...my insurance was the one that paid the tow bill to take it to that shop when Alaska Sales & Service said they didn't know how to work on it. 1 star is generous, but it wouldn't let me proceed without selecting something.

Found a new shop to bring my Ramcharger! Great service. Front axle was leaking from going to Jim's creek, replaced inner axle seal and fixed steering issue. They made sway bar extension to correvt the issues i created from lifting the truck.

Straightforward, honest, reliable, reasonable and awesome! Will continue taking my vehicles here! Randy is very knowledgeable and he gets the job done right.

U-haul rental... Or so I thought and made a reservation for.. And had a key code.. Wasn't told to bring a fully charged phone for all you have to do to set up everything to get the box to open for your key! If you all seen me then why didn't you come open box as it malfunctioned
