Alaskan car rental

Big companies could learn a thing or two from this Rental company. We were able to change the class of our vehicle just a week before, by phone with no problems. On arrival in Anchorage, staff were friendly, helpful and really nice. Car was clean, fully gassed, and ready to roll. We had no problems with the vehicle throughout the rental, and covered just under 800 miles in total. We had a one way drop off in Seward as we were boarding a cruise ship. Drop off location was easy to find, there was nobody at the office, but we were able to drop the keys in the drop box. Smooth from start to finish. Thank you.

Fantastic, friendly service. I will definitely recommend to others and maybe even use again when I'm in the area again. Although car rentals are expensive in Alaska, Alaskan car rental is definitely less expensive than the national or global chains.

Easy pick up and drop off, great communication. Car was clean and new. They even provided our mileage the day after we dropped it off (we were curious and forgot to check). We'd be happy to rent from them if we're in AK again.

Extremely friendly and fast service. I normally rent with the large rental companies but decided to rent from Alaskan Car Rental for my trip from Anchorage to Seward. It was the smoothest car rental experience I’ve ever had. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend using this company. They have good prices, cars, and people working there!

We were visiting Anchorage and Seward for a week. I had booked online, the rates were much better than the corporate competition. We arrived via Uber from our hotel (they do offer airport pickup/delivery). Car was a late model KIA, it was clean, performed well. Professional, efficient service - I would definitely use them again.
