Alberto's Tire Pros

Took my truck back after them installing a Leveling Kit, because after the new kit and alignment my truck was pulling to the right, and had a vibration. Now today 2/10/2026 After taking it back they, said the alignment machine was down, and then all of a sudden it was not. So they pulled my truck into the shop for about 30 minutes, told me they were all done. So when I took off I noticed the same vibration and truck pulling to the right. Its obvious they did not do any thing and sent me on my way, I will never go back they can keep my refund for the extra hour I was charged for labor, I do not care. Amardors Bros is the best alignment shop in town!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! After recommending people to go to Alberto’s tire pros to people who have plenty of business to make, I will no longer support them. I also spent more then 7 thousand dollars of business, this place sucks ! First off I ordered a 6 inch rough country lift , and I get a whole other different lift , and then they don’t want to fix the issue, they laugh on the phone call and I don’t get taken serious, when I ask to speak to a manager I get told “I am the manager”(in a rude manner) then I ask to speak to someone higher and the person laughs and says there isn’t anyone else, they don’t know what they're doing, the lift kits they put on are all wrong I wouldn’t even call them mechanics, definitely consider not taking your vehicle! I have always tried to buy my own parts and install my own parts just to save a buck and always ran into obstacles. but i was recommended to Alberto's tire by a friend and it was the best decision i made. these guys are the best! great prices and handle the ordering process. Alignment is perfect! truck rides amazing! will definitely be coming back for more. i read the previous reviews and could not imagine how they had a bad experience. could be they were doing what i used to do. -Alberto's tire you have earned my business for life. thank you!

Awesome customer service, great work and honest I went in to get my tire fixed it had a nail and instead of just fixing it the worker came and showed me that the nail didn’t go all the way through my tire and wasn’t leaking so there was no need to fix it. Most places wouldn’t of said anything and made you pay just for looking at it

Went last week to get new ball joints, drag link, alignment, rotated tires, nitrogen in the tires, couldn't be happier!!! They took such good care of me, and my super long F-250 was able to fit in the bays, and the alignment bay, it fixed my shake in the truck!!! Couldn't have had a better experience, found out I was being taken care of by the owners son, and man, they take great pride in the way they run such an amazing family owned business. They are practically my neighbor, so it was a no brainer to take my truck there, especially after finding out ALL they do, they are a one stop shop for all you need from Tires, to inspection, to all I listed above!!!
