I am new to the area and when my car needed a repair, I had no idea where to go. I had heard good things about this company and decided to take a chance. when I spoke to Alec he explained everything that he was going to do and keep me informed. Send me photos. Alec is extremely thorough and very detailed. He went over everything that needed to be done, he even told me that a couple of the things that needed to be done didn’t have to be done right away and I could wait but I had him do it anyway. I decided to visit Albuquerque Auto Repair and Tire Repair, a new bride in town that had only been in business for three months, and give their services a try. I must say that the trial unreservedly convinced me, starting with my desk encounter with Alec, the face of the business who quickly identified the ailments with my Honda Civic car of 2000 model, gave me his prognosis and advice on what to do to get it back in top condition, and then handed it over to him for repair. And whoa, the car was back on the road, motoring around in excellent health, in less than twenty-four hours. Alec fulfilled more feats on the car than his shop promised. I was amazed at the level of service I received. Alec was awesome, he explained everything in a way that I could understand. I got updates as the repair progressed. He worked with the warranty company and that was quite an ordeal.

You can skip all the other shops in town and bring your car/truck here. Brought in my cadillac to have it inspected and they were quick to identify the issues at hand. No bull, no upselling, and no cheap talk just straight up what you need and fair pricing. Alec is a great service advisor and the crew is beyond certified for what they do. 10/10 is not enough for what they do
