Tom and I were so pleased with our experience at Albuquerque RV! The staff is very friendly and informative which gives us confidence in knowing that we were purchasing a great product. A BIG high five to Tyler who is simply the best salesman ever! He taught us so much about our Flagstaff Microlite 21 FBRS while he guided us through the buying process. He is a Rockstar. Thank you also to Sharon in Finance for helping sign all those papers! She is very knowledgeable and kind. I can honestly say that both of us had a huge smile on our faces on the 3 hour drive home. I had been looking for an RV for along time, and found a new class A through an online search at Albuquetque RV which fit my needs in every way. I called and spoke with sales associate Mike Allred, who was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Mike was an awesome contact, and stayed in contact with me as I was a bit apprehensive of traveling so far for the purchase (as I live in Northern CA). However, I did move forward when the price was dropped yet again to an incredible price for a new 2023 Forest River FR3 30DS. I contacted Mike again and he made the purchase seamless with a small deposit and agreed to pick me up at the nearby airport. Upon arriving, Mike was there as promised and transported me and my friend to the dealership, where everyone treated us like family. T

I had a great experience with my RV purchase, from the salesman Joseph Lucero, finance lady Sharon Thomas and all the staff I worked with to get my rig road worthy, they all seemed like one big happy family and included me when I was working there on my purchase, made me feel at home and oh yes, they all have a great sense of humor. I’m very pleased 👍

I have been watching Tyler Talks Travel Trailer on his YouTube channel. For a few months now. He truly is the most in-depth trailer reviewer on YouTube. He puts in a lot of work and effort and it shows. He shows every little detail and goes into pros and cons as well as specifications and built quality and mentions differences between manufacturers. Every Sunday he does a Live on his YouTube channel that he takes specific request from his viewers and answers questions. He has to be the hardest working sales person I have ever seen. I sent him an email with my questions and concerns and he promptly responded within 24hrs and gave me a wealth of information. I wish I had a salesperson like him at a local dealer near my home. We had a wonderful experience buying our used RV from Albuquerque RV 🚐✨. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all of the options with no high-pressure sales tactics at all 👍. He was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Everyone there was friendly and kind 😊, and you can really tell this is a small, family-run “mom and pop” business ❤️ located between two much larger dealerships. Even so, they beat the big companies on price 💰 — we saved $6,000 off the book value, which was amazing!
