An apartment building for people over 62. Rent based on .30 of your Social Security. A quiet place to live. I have lived here since 2015 and enjoy it. The problem is when you have some old women is they will gossip, what can only be called malicious gossip, even vicious. Every place has gossips, not just here. A thicker skin is advised, but there are many decent people here too. It is certainly worth living here, new Management and new feel to the Apartment building. Lots of stuff going on, lots of new stuff. Come by and see.

I live here and have for eight years currently. I moved in in 2013. It is a comfortable building, locked access and CCT Cameras around the building. Three stories tall and nicely maintained by the onsite maintenance man. You can apply on your 62nd birthday. There is an average two year wait. Rent is based on 30% of your Social Security, or, if you are still working there is a 'Market Value' rent. A nice Common Room with large screen tv. Seasonal meals when appropriate and bingo for those who are addicted. Individual AC/Heater units. Close access to Montgomery and to I-25. I plan to live out the rest of my time here. It is too comfortable to move. You know, if it ain't broke......

Seniors only apartment complex. 62 & over. Quiet, peaceful, friendly, helpful residents. I enjoy living here.
