Alderman's Car Wash

I always pay for the highest level wash and the undercarriage sprayer NEVER works, and my truck is always left with dirty spots and scratches. Avoid and save your money. Go to the Howe Center car wash. Cheaper and does a much better job. Everytime I complain they say "we will make it right" and I never get a call back.

You get what you pay for and overall I was pretty satisfied. I got the Ultimate wash for $20 which included a tire shine and undercoat cleaning. The basic wash starts at $10 and goes up in pricing from there. There were a few areas that were missed, the most noticeable being on the trunk and around the mirrors which had to be folded in before driving through (I'm sure for good reasoning). Was it perfect? No. But was I satisfied for $20? Yes. You're paying for convenience too so I want to mention there was no one in front of me by the time I got there. The entire process from start to finish was under 5 minutes which I thought was great when you don't have the time to do it yourself. It looks A LOT better than it did before I brought it in. I should have taken before photos.

WOW!! All I can say is...wow! The upgrades to this carwash was absolutely amazing. I elected for the $10 basic wash, and entered the bay. Previously my car was met by two recon employees that would rush and scrub quickly to move the line, but nothing was happening at first and I thought, odd, they must have good faith in this new car wash. As my car was propelled forward, I was met by the traditional wet soap bath, followed by tall waving brushes, and further into the carwash, more brushes, side brushes, wheel brushes, hell, could have even been a tooth brush installed too....finally a rinse, and then MORE sideway brushes and another rinse!? Oh wait, the dry cycle, not one but TWO polls of cyclone dryers!? All this for $10.00!?!? I am obsessed with a clean car, constantly washing an

This is the second time in the last several months that the side spinners weren’t working, there was no pre scrub with brushes on either side. Windshield was only clean where our wipes wiped at the end. Dirt all over the back of car. Terrible. Worst ever this trip.
