Hands of gold over here. Alem is wonderful. I've been brining my cars since my high school days circa 20 years back, for repairs, maintenance, oil change, tire pressure, run diagnostics whenever the wrench or transmission signal comes on (same with close family and friends with cars of all kinds/brands). I was so upset when the check engine light on my 2016 Volvo lit up. I was headed out of town to watch the Super Bowl and I thought my plans were ruined. It was a Saturday afternoon and very few auto repair shops were open. The few open shops I could find all said come back next week. Then I found Alem's shop number so I called expecting yet another rejection but instead I heard "Come on in. I'll take a look at it." I drove over and within 45 mins the problem was diagnosed and repaired. The price was so reasonable, the car was repaired so quickly, and Alem took me in when nobody else would, I paid more that the actual bill. I never do that but I was so elated by the great service I received I wanted to pay more!

So rude for absolutely no reason. I tried to call to inquire about service and no one picked up. It’s a small shop so maybe they’re just busy. I go up there and wait until Alem is done with another service so I could ask for a quote on a map sensor replacement. One of his workers starts yelling at me because I asked if he was able to do a quote as I didn’t know who was Alem out of the 3 men there and then I ask Alem for the quote and he states he doesn’t work on small cars. At the same time, He has a Prius that’s being worked on in the lot. My car is a 2013 beetle which is literally the same size….pathetic

Alem is fabulous. He’s quick, smart, and honest. We’ve brought both our cars to him over the past few years and he does a great job and doesn’t over charge.
