Just had some major engine work done by Alert Transmission. My car was leaking about 5 quarts of oil a week. I must say the people there are very informative and definitely know what they are doing. Scott, the man at the front desk, is very kind and easy to talk to too, he has a great personality which I find lacking from several other Auto Shops around town. He kept me updated on car's progress throughout the repair, and was always available if I had to talk to him or ask a question. The mechanics were very nice and had no problem showing what the issues were and explaining what has happened to my engine and what they were going to do. This shop has served us for many years. They keep good records and have many times replaced parts that had a lifetime warranty. They know the history of our vehicles and keep us on the road.

Do not go here under any circumstance. The owner does not honor his quotes. He managed to change the total 3 times. Went from 2000 labor to 3000 labor to almost 5000 labor. Repairs are questionable and will not allow a test drive. Owner is rude and disrespectful.
