This is my 3rd or fourth time going to Alex Automotive. In the past month and a half I’ve had 2 cars repaired by them. My ml550 they increased the price by nearly $2000. After picking it up my check engine light came on. I took it to another shop and paid to have a diagnostic and it was a small repair. Something that Alex automotive installed halfway. My bmw x5 was more of an issue. Oil leak which was a small leak because no oil was ever in my driveway which is a new development. Belt was sucked into the engine. Oil was supposedly leaking so bad that it leaked onto the starter making it go bad as well. Originally they quoted me $5000 we settled at $3600. I had it towed home letting the owner Alex know that I would have the money within a month. I towed it back before the month and we had a

I had a couple of friends refer me to this place. I called Monday late afternoon to explain what was going on ..bad noise under the hood and they were able to get me in the next day. They took me right away when I arrived to drop it off. They called me in less than an hour with their findings. Alternator, pulley & belt were going bad on it. They were able to order the parts I needed & got it back to me the next day. Alex the owner brings his adorable dog to the office everyday & she is so sweet. Matthew my rep was great about giving me updates and reviewing the list of findings. They were fair priced (much better than the dealership)!!! They also have a lot full of beautiful Mercedes, BMW’s & Porsche for sale too! Highly recommend this place!!!!👍👍

I had a great experience with Alex Automotive all because of Matthew. Matthew is very professional, knowledgeable, and delivers excellent customer service. I had to bring my BMW 540i there for some work starting in June. I also went there in August and October for related issues. Different parts were replaced on my coolant system. Each time, I was updated on the progress of my vehicle. They also recommended something else that they saw a code for on my car. They did that work as well. I appreciate the honest feedback. Having car repairs can always be stressful. Thanks Matthew for making this process a smooth one. I received my car back within 2 days. Which is fast turnaround.
