I had my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL serviced here today, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Jason Ramos was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I needed to replace the engine oil cooler / oil filter housing assembly, and I also asked about several other potential issues. Instead of suggesting unnecessary repairs, Jason clearly explained what was actually needed and recommended fixing only the essential items. I really appreciated that level of honesty. He quickly identified the root cause of the problem — even before I had a chance to fully explain everything — which gave me a lot of confidence in his expertise. I've been to a few different mechanics before but none like this one! Sergio (owner) normally doesn't do tire work but took the time to go out on his DAY OFF and help me patch my tire at his shop! This alone makes me want to be a returning customer especially after seeing how nice and organized his shop looks as well!
