Prices are astronomical. I recently added my child to our policy and I was aware the premiums would go up, but ours doubled. I reached out to see why and I was told “ that’s just what it costs.” They tried to convince me to lower my coverage to lower my price. They offered no assistance. Yet I’ve called 3 other insurance agencies and they have all given me rates to bring my premium down by almost $200 a month for the same or better coverage. I would not recommend this agency to anybody.

Keely is my agent for my auto and homeowners insurance bundle, she’s friendly, with great costumer service and she’s absolutely knowledgeable. She knows insurance very well. She was able to get me a great quote! She even went over my old insurance and pointed out how I was over paying for little to no coverage at all. She offered me way more coverage for a lesser monthly payment. Happy to have found her!!!

HUGE kudos to Michael Sparks! I recently moved to Alabama and have been dragging my feet getting everything swapped over. Michael promised to help me save as much as possible for both of my vehicles and a rental policy. After discussing better coverages he was still able to cut my insurance costs in half (saving me around $250 a month!) I've had Allstate for a few years now and have been satisfied but I can not express how grateful I am for Michael and the time he took to get everything taken care of. If you're in the market for new insurance, I HIGHLY recommend giving him a call!
