Got a tire patched for a screw in and got screwed with the price of repair. $43 for a tire “patch plug” Easily could have went else where and it would have been $20-$30 for the same repair. Great customer service though, but I guess that’s what you’re paying for here.

The lady behind the counter / owner of the store as she said is just very rude! I came in on a flat as my tire blew out. Money was not an issue . Just needed a tire !! She did not seem interested in helping me. As I told her my tire size she rudely told me she had none of them in stock & she repeated the size. However the size was wrong. Less than 2 seconds later she correct the size searched it & told me there was none of the correct size. The encounter was awful & she was just extremely rude. I didn’t raise my voice & I mentioned that there’s no need to yell at me as she continued to yell at me & ask me if I am not understanding. These guys are great. My wife had 2 tires with slow leaks and the local chain store took them off and said there was no problem even though I still had to add 20 pounds of air every week to them. I took it to Alex's explaining the problem they said they know exactly what to do and sure enough we have had 0 issues sense. Very reasonable price and vary accommodating to our needs

Alex's tire center came to my place of employment , picked up my vehicle, drove it to their shop, put 4 brand new tires, wheel alignment , and some other parts that I needed, Then drove my truck back to my place of employment. And the price for all that was very reasonable and worth every penny. I would highly recommend them. Sam was awesome and very easy to talk to. The mechanics did a great job. Thank you !
