Never will take my car back here again. Fogelsville location was great they were backed up so asked if i was okay with them flat bedding it to stockertown i agreed to it had i known they would redo the whole estimate on my car it would have stayed where i took it in the first place. Told them in stockertown the issues that had happened once my car was in an accident that were not a problem prior to it they did not listen. They tried telling me my check engine light was not on but when i dropped my car off in fogelsville they put me in a rental right away because it was on but said my car threw a code because of the temp sensor now mind you my car runs diagnostic testing on its own and gave me the engine control system which goes with the temp sensor. My vehicle has only just been dropped off but so far the process has been painless. Update: They don't lie but they won't tell you the truth and hope you don't figure it out. Stay away from this place. Clerical workers are nice as far as I know but they failed me. I would have to go back and waste my time to fix what they never did in the first place and never bothered telling me.

So thankful I chose Brown Daub!! They dealt with the insurance company to. make sure we could use Genuine GM Parts! Made sure it was all covered even though it wasn’t the insurance companies body shop and I had my car back quickly. Thanks Mike L for all your hard work! It looks as good as new!!

Brought my car here to get repaired. quality of work isn't there. After i had picked my car up my passenger door wire harness was pinched and does not work anymore. That's been causing my battery to die since the vehicle thinks the passenger door is open. I've been jump starting my car every morning waiting for them to fix it and when i brought it there a week later they are refusing got fix it. This was never an issue i had before the accident or after the accident. when i picked it up from the body shop i ran into all these issues. Jay the manager claims he did not touch or remove any components on the passenger door however the original estimate from Geico my insurance company paid him to REMOVE and INSTALL all components.
