Very satisfied! Jesse behind the counter was very helpful in locating a set of tires I could afford. Started off with Dawn who was very helpful as well. I don't know everyone involved in the mounting of the tires but I give them a big "thank you"! After the tires were mounted, two employees came out and scrubbed the blue off the letters and sprayed some type of protectant that really gave them a nice shine. The whole experience was great and I'll definitely be doing business there again.

Had an appointment for 4 new tires for a BMW X3 at 3 pm. They pulled my car in the bay at 3:35. Mechanic got oil on my interior door handle that won’t come off. I had metal valve stems that they decided to replace with rubber.

I just want to say this place is a god send. I was out on the boat for a few weeks working and my wo.an had an emergency and needed a tire. Molly stayed late to make sure we were taken care of with 2 new tires. If you want someone that's really gonna care about what they do go see molly and dawn along with their crew. You will not be disappointed

Twice I’ve had to use Alford when in town visiting in laws with our RV. Both times we had flats, they handled them professionally and fairly. Honest folks.

I stopped into Alfred Tire Center without an appointment, and even though they were slammed and I had to wait a couple of hours, the team still took great care of me. They were able to patch my tire and save me a ton of money—I was fully expecting to need all new tires. Huge shout-out to Molly, who made it all happen! She was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Alfred Tire Center for all your tire needs. Honest, reliable, and worth the wait!
