My wife and I had a brake issue while touring around Lake Superior in our old VW westfalia and stopped in Duluth to try after trying numerous service centers we stopped here and the guy couldn't have been more helpful. He took time to look at the problem and help me understand my options when I felt "up the creek"! Although he didn't have time to fix it he was the only place to take time and show real concern for my predicament! This is real customer service, helping as much as you can. I highly recommend this service center.

I was in town for weekend and heard a noise coming from my front right driver side and thought it was brakes. They were busy but took the time to look at my car and repaired the car. Super honest and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this shop. Great service and prompt
