Professionalism, expertise and customer service is how I would express my opinion of Alioto’s. John Hood was my contact point who put me at ease on my first visit. He printed a written estimate, thoroughly explained the process and made me feel like they cared. I chose them to do the work. John contacted me at every stage to let me know what was happening with my car. My car looks great, they delivered it on time and I was very well cared for. I must say I’ve never dealt with anything to do with my car (dealership or shop) where I felt like the people who worked there cared. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, expert, knowledgeable, and caring service.

Very high quality repair of our Rivian R1S. Took a bit longer than expected but very happy with the workmanship and the people that I worked with. Athena kept me informed throughout the entire process. Hopefully never need to return but if I do I will use this location for work going forward.

From the beginning through the end I received great customer service. Someone to greet you when you entered, staff that told you what to expect during the intake and the estimate of the cost, assisting me get a rental car so I wouldn’t be freaked out about how I was going to do my work while my car was in the shop. Don’t forget the updates that told of the progress of my car and then the best. My car was clean both inside and outside when I picked it up. The work was superb. It looked brand new when I retrieved it. Thanks to a great crew.

Very professional and friendly shop from start to finish. They kept me aware of everything along the way. Excellent workmanship. Can’t go wrong with this body shop. Before and after pictures. Although the after picture was taken at 3 AM with condensation on the car, the paint job is pristine. Very pleased with the results!
