Take 5 Oil Change

No one really likes to have to go and do an oil change, but my experience at Take 5 was the best compared to the other 3 places I’ve tried. When I first got there I was greeted with a smile and handed 2 water bottles for my passenger and I which is a first for me. Jordan and Gabriel were the ones to assist me. They were very thorough and explained what needed to be done. Service was quick yet full services, with window cleaning and air in tires too. Other places I have to ask. Yup I definitely found my new place to go. Highly recommend 👍🏼

I had a great experience here. It was my first time getting my oil changed, and going onto their website and signing up for messages, i got a $25 coupon for the place. While I was there all the workers helped me make sure I knew what was happening and asked me about if I needed anything else. They were very helpful and I will definitely be going back again.

I had a fantastic experience getting my oil changed at Take 5 Oil Change in Suisun City on 12/30/25. The manager, Chai, clearly runs a healthy, high-morale location—every employee I encountered was upbeat and welcoming. When I arrived, Josh immediately greeted me and offered a cold bottle of water. He also directed me to the Take 5 website to check for discounts and clearly explained the different oil change options. Those thoughtful touches alone made me think, “I’m definitely writing them a great review.” It got even better when I found a coupon for up to $25 off and was able to use it the same day. Shortly after, Patrick checked in to make sure I had been helped, which I had. He then went above and beyond by rearranging the service order so I could be taken next, even though another car

Franky and Josh are the epitome of customer service. Tasteful jokes with great and fast service. Def good at upselling (good salesman🤣) cause I only planned to get a fast n easy oil change but left with air filters included in my visit - but here’s the truth… people buy from who they like and if you can give good service and be a likable person, selling is cake. Props to these guys. Whatever yall do, keep these dudes in the shop. Great morale and customer service. These dudes make me wanna truly come back and do my coolant flush honestly and I will because of my visit last night🤝🤙🤙

Take 5 has a friendly customer service atmosphere that keeps me coming back for service. The team that assisted with doing my oil change provided me with great information regarding which type of oil my high mileage car should take including their top off services. I will definitely return when it’s time for my next oil change.
