From the moment I fist reached out to All access Motors, Matt was great! He made sure to remain open and honest about my options, the quality of vehicle I was searching for, and all options he felt were a best fit for my needs. Over a 6-7 month period, he would check in, without being to invasive and over bearing, not to push me into a sale, but to check in on how my financial situation was, and to keep me updated on what was coming on and off the lot as he felt appropriate to my search. As someone who has shopped The Whole Pittsburgh area up until my purchase with all access and Matt, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a used car sale experience. No one can top it.

Absolute best experience for first time car shopping! Matt was realistic and worked with us! He went over everything and answered all our questions! Very professional, the sales lady Ashley was top notch. Went to go get my wife a car, i was impressed by the service,i returned and purchased myself a vehicle. All their vehicles are blue book based priced and are in great shape. Even the owner washed my vehicle and gased it up for me. And by the way, its an hr drive from where i live. Couldn't beat the service, the price and their vehicles comes with a warranty i extended mines for a very cheap price. All access auto is definitely on my list for my daughter a car.

The dealership is what a car dealership should be. Straight forward, non pressuring, honest, friendly, professional. The quality, cleanliness, and price of the mini-van we purchased was spot on. The friendliness and helpfulness of Ashley, who didn't pressure and was great in general, was refreshing. All in all, buying a car here was a great experience and I recommend them highly.

All of the employees I dealt with were great. No pretense, from any, all were up front with the process, the loan, the car, and my trade in.
