Uncle Mike's Towing & Recovery

Mike has to be the nicest, most down to earth guy you could meet. His personality is exactly what you need after experiencing something stressful (I had been in an accident and needed towed). Not only was Mike charismatic, but his speed and efficiency was excellent. Communicate was also superb. He was in the middle of one job, but able to get to me in a very reasonable time. He was quick to load up my vehicle and helped get me (and my vehicle) safely to the destination. I will not hesitate to use Uncle Mike's for every future tow (although, hopefully I won't need one!) I cannot recommend this company enough!!!!

He was a wonderful help. Locked myself out of my car, and when he got there it was unlocked in 10 seconds. He even waived the already very reasonable fee for me simply because he was a bit late. Definitely the highlight of an otherwise not great day I'd been having. Can't recommend him enough!

After being let down by AAA several times, I finally called Mike directly. He was incredibly fast, friendly, and understanding...even in the middle of a snow storm. I would never hesitate to call Mike if I ever needed a tow in the future!

Where do I even start? During what was an already anxious scary learning experience for my daughter who just got her permit, my youngest daughter and myself, it turned even worse when she accidently hit the gas instead of the brake and went up over a curb and down an embankment leaving our vehicle in what I thought was a very awkward, tricky position. I thought that no matter how my vehicle was pulled out I was losing my bumper, side bumper, oil pan, all fluids, etc. Zelienople PD came to help save the night, call a tow truck and also keep my babies warm. Huge shout out to them! Then came along Mike from Uncle Mike's Towing & Recovery. Who not only helped change our moods from fear, sadness, embarrassment, etc, but had us laughing, feeling calmer, and was genuinely so kind and not to men

Uncle Mike came out and requested us off the highway on Sunday April 14. He was kind courteous but most of very funny. He turned an awful day into wonderful day for us. He picked us up took us to a parts store so we could buy a fuel pump. Uncle Mike is the best. Thanks for saving us. Mike and Rosemary.
