My experience here was absolutely terrible!! I would never bring another vehicle here again. They took almost 30 days when I was promised 1-2 weeks. Then, they went through three people who work with customers on their cars in the few months it took to get my car fixed. The first fix, they told me I needed a new battery or they couldn't fix my car. That was false. They realized the diagnostic shop they gave me car to did not have their equipment calibrated properly. Then, they gave me my car back with a new spot damaged. Luckily, I had taken photos before. They got my car back in to fix the area they damaged. While working with John and April from Continental Casualty Company/Sedwick Insurance who were making my experience with resolving my collision very difficult and stressful and honestly hell I, of course. had to get an estimate for repairs. I scheduled and met with Andrew at this body shop and oh my gosh this was a breath of fresh air and the calming professional experience that I needed.
