Kevin was nice at the start. I informed him that I was looking at a specific car. It drove nicely, since this car was for my girlfriend. I wanted her to drive it and they ended staying late for her to test drive it because her work hours. (Great customer service) The issue is that he thought I was going to buy the car, I informed him that we are looking at multiple cars at the time and will have a final decision on all of the cars we test drove the next night. I never said I would buy the car and got the conversation on paper for management to review. During conversation, he kept being pushy saying that other people are interested in it (did it to me twice). I finally informed him "We are done, she found another vehicle. Thanks for your time."
