Formal Notice of Property Damage and Illegal Activity. Subject: Formal Complaint. Regarding Vehicle Damage and Evidence of Component Theft. To future victims, I am writing to formally document severe damage to my vehicle and evidence of criminal activity discovered following a recent tow conducted by your company. Upon reclaiming my vehicle, a mechanical inspection revealed several critical issues that indicate both gross negligence and intentional theft of components. I. I had an extremely negative experience with this tow company. I purchased a vehicle through their auction services, and the car was grossly overpriced for its condition. Immediately after picking it up, the vehicle broke down before I even drove one mile. When I contacted the company about the issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was no accountability, no transparency, and no willingness to address the obvious mechanical failure. The employees’ behavior made it clear that customer service and honesty are not priorities for this business. Selling a faulty vehicle at an inflated price and treating customers disrespectfully afterward is unacceptable. UPDATE: Contacted our office manager and was told they didn't authorize any towing and our complex helped us get a refund. Seems pretty illegal to me. Illegal towing practices. My friend's car was towed from my apartment complex lot that has absolutely no signage about parking restrictions aside from where the garages are (which is not where they parked) but was towed anyways. When we called them, they said it was because there was no permit to park but the apartment complex has no guest permit or requirement for a permit for guests. Residents don't even require a permit. We even checked the lease and had nothing stated about requiring a permit for guest parking. They told us to come down at 5:30pm in order to get the car released and we got there 5 minutes early, not knowing that there'

They withheld my property, denied me access to my car, demanded I leave the property until the presence of a peace officer, and this is my first and only interaction with them. My vehicle was towed at 11am, and the photo they took is at night. I just wanted to confirm the reason for the tow, PAY, take my car and leave, litigate this later. They effectively holding my property and, by extension, without means to travel to work, me under duress. My kids are not able to see their medical care provider.

This is one of the worst companies that I have ever experienced. They come to our apartment complex At ridiculous hours, so that way they can tow vehicles unexpectedly. They Have a contract for our apartment community, which they abuse in order for them to make money. Our apartments are low income community for families seniors and single mothers so when my vehicle has been towed more than five times due to their illegal practices, it’s pretty atrocious. They’ve even went so low to ask the managers of my apartments to lie for them and falsified that they are the ones that are calling to get our vehicles towed, however management has had to tell them to release our vehicles without charges because of the lies and false practices they even towed my vehicle for blocking my own car and stall f
