All City Towing

Vehicle was towed yesterday (03/03/26) Black Dodge Durango. Around cottage grove estates for being parked in a fire lane. Came in the following day(03/04/26) to pick up my car but an Item was missing from the console. A pair of Black headphones worth $200. I’ll need a list a names of staff members working the lot that specific time around 3pm- 4pm. A complaint will be filed the following day. This company will be pursued legally.Thank you.

I appreciate them they handled everything by towing my vehicle to my desired shop after the car accident. I received a call asking where I wanted my truck to taken. Most of all the driver asked how I was and that was important to him. That was appreciated and I felt like I didn't need to worry as I was in the ER after the accident. You guys handled everything with grace. Thank you

We were in an accident and All City towed our vehicle that we could not drive. They were quick and professional. They gave us access to our vehicle in the tow yard and were very helpful.

Went to pic up my car and the lady on the phone said it would be an hour and half. Im pulling a trailer so I had to go around the block to safely park. In that time someone showed up and left and I waited 2hrs called again lady said call canceled cuz I wasn't there. And then said I had to pay the after hours fee twice and I didn't care I just needed my car out so I have to wait 2 more hours. Poor fundamentals of after hours operation. They took my number for some reason? Why do so if its not to call me? Stupid hwy robbery in .you opinion

****PLEASE READ**** One of my company vehicles was towed here and the person driving the car was taken to the ER. We went to the accident scene and picked up her service dog that was ejected and took it to the ER vet. Fortunately both are doing well and recovering. A week later we went to retrieve some items from the car at the tow yard. Everyone was super nice and helpful while there. My only problem was yesterday I received two notices from the MVD about the title of my car. THIS TOW COMPANY FILED PAPERWORK FOR AN ABANDONED VEHICLE THE SAME DAY IS WAS TOWED INTO THE LOT. This vehicle was totaled so I knew it was a loss and the insurance would be picking it up soon. But what happens if someone was in the hospital for an extended period of time or someone fighting with insurance company. I
