He took the time to check ours thoroughly and made sure it was safe for our trip back to the East Coast. We were traveling across country after buying a CNG trolley and we were given wills number. Will gave us directions to his place and helped us right away diagnose some issues with our cng system ( all foreign to us ) He could not get parts ( 3 weeks out ) but helped us and sent us on our way without charge. Great customer service to some traveling Iowans !

Full disclosure. Never actually had my car fixed here, however, William the owner was gracious and honest enough to stay on the phone with me for over 20 minutes going over all of my questions. I thought it was time to replace my cng tanks and was ready to spend a couple thousand because my tanks would only fill halfway. A less honest mechanic would have just given me a quote for the new tanks and made their money. After explaining my problem, William said that my tanks were fine from the model year of my truck, and that it was probably the temperature or the pressure at the pump that was messing with my mileage. He was great! Approachable, respectful and patient, he even gave me a quote for replacing each tank at a couple hundred a piece if I needed it in the future, because he admitte
