Dropped our vehicle off for service. One of the things to be done was to replace the front passenger fog light which we provided. The fog light is vert close to the hole cover on the front bumper. Drove it home and haven't it driven since then. My wife noticed today that one of the front bumper hole covers is missing. My wife went back to Allgood today and asked about it. The mechanic who we guess worked on it said that the piece was taped on, it wasn't taped on. The mechanic then told my wife the piece was glued on, could have been, but there is NO glue residue where the piece was. The mechanic then told my wife only half of the piece was there. I recently took my vehicle to Donald Applegate for a state safety inspection. The vehicle was failed, with the mechanic citing "rear brakes" as one of several issues, along with numerous other alleged problems. The total estimated repairs came to approximately $3,000.Upon inspection of the rear brakes myself (and confirmed by the photos I have attached/taken during the process), the brake pads and rotors were well within safe and legal limits—measuring over twice the minimum thickness required to pass state inspection. There was no reasonable basis for declaring the rear brakes deficient; the condition was not even close to failing.This appears to be a clear case of fraudulent inspection failure and unnecessary upselling of repairs. Very helpful and courteous, they offered excellent recommendations for where to find other affordable and reliable repair shops for various needs (exhaust work, etc.) more than once. Every time I have been to All Good Automotive they have been honest and dependable. It's hard to find mechanic shops like this one nowadays. I highly recommend them!

Pretty decent place overall. They just need to be retrained about the proper way to mount a tire. Yellow dot goes over the valve stem. If no yellow dot is available. Red dot goes opposite of valve stem. Never do static balance. Static balance only compensates for the left, right shake and does nothing for the top, bottom. Dynamic compensates for all around.

I called all good automotive to plug my tire because I had picked up a screw. I was told the cost would be $10(very reasonable). They took my car back, and came back 10 minutes later and said all done, and it was an easy job. They didn’t take any payment, and gave me a firm handshake. Very honest, and professional. I would recommend vehemently.
