All Hooked Up Towing

All hooked up towing was on point. I have AAA, but they’re pricing for local toes was not worth wasting it. They showed up within 18 minutes of my initial call and Tyler, the driver was amazing. I live in a neighborhood with HOA and he moved multiple times to accommodate my neighbors and not irritate anyone. Their service and payment was easy, and I am definitely keeping their business cards in my dash board. FYI, I am not much of a reviewer unless it is deserved.

The lady at the front office at the Stuart location was so kind to help me. I’m an older woman with not a lot of family members in florida so it was nice to have great hospitality and patience. The driver was super and friendly! I would recommend towing your vehicle with them.

Do not recommend dishonest on pricing. Had my vehicle towed on a saturday 4.2 miles 250.00. Called the following monday to have the same vehicle towed to the auto shop that was 2.7 miles. They wanted to charging me 340.00. When I questioned the pricing, they said it was the dispatcher who sets the price. They would not honor the 250.00.

Excellent!! I have AAA and my dealers roadside assistance. No one could get anyone to me for almost 2 hours. I called All Hooked Up towing and the caller was super caring and understood the predicament I was in. Cody got to me asap and took great care of my vehicle. I was broke down at a red-light and my truck refused to switch out of park so we couldn't move it. He rocked it onto the truck bed and used skids to slide it up to keep from damaging my vehicle. Once at the dealership, he used the movement of his truck and skids to move the truck forward until we could get it off the truck bed by pressing the breaks. Very creative! From start to finish all service was friendly and professional!
