All Points Towing

My tow truck driver Zach was so quick to get to me and he was able to open my door to my locked car without any damage at all. He did it so efficiently it took less than 5 minutes! Amazing service and very friendly. Excellent customer service. Will definitely call them again if I ever need assistance.

Zach seriously saved the day after being let down by 2 different towing companies. I’m a AAA Premium member and Luther towing unlocked my Dead car with the keys locked inside but then told me he couldn’t jump my car because I’d have to make a whole other claim for that. Well what’s the point of unlocking my car if I can’t lock it again for the night because it opens with a remote? So when Zach showed up, he got the very overwhelmed version of me. He was so kind and understanding. He validated that I had every right to be upset. He got my car running and said I needed to leave it running for a little bit to get the battery charged. Brandon did an amazing job! He got my dead car loaded very quickly and at the drop off he unloaded it right into the garage. He saved me from killing myself trying to push it up the driveway. Brandon really did great.

This morning, my car broke down AND the battery died in the middle of a completely iced road and on a blind corner. AAA gave me an estimated tow time of 1 hour 58 minutes. Mia from All Points called me to let me know what my wait time was. She asked me if I was safe and about my situation so kindly, then put me on a quick hold to see what she could do. Their team went above and beyond, Mia and the mechanic were warming up a truck and coming to tow my car. Robby got to me so quick, and was SO kind and helpful as he got my vehicle on the truck. Blizzard recently left my car under over a foot of snow and unable to move it. Brandon answered the request and helped me even though this didnt constitute 'emergency roadside assistance' via AAA. He arrived over two and a half hours earlier than I was originally quoted by AAA! Brandon then went above and beyond, shoveling my car out AND driving it safely to the plowed street for me, thereby enabling me to use/drive it myself from there.
