All Roads Trucks - Landover (Ardwick)

They abuse on labor, same job quoted with other dealers in different states, and is around 4 to 5 hours of labor max for an outlet nox sensor, including troubleshooting. They are charging 11 hrs for a 5 hours job. Also, they disconnected the gps on the truck to not leave evidence on when the truck was placed in their shop bay using as excuse that should not be connected like that when we have 90 plus units installed with Samsara GPS. Definitely reporting this to BBB

I took my Kenworth to these guys for derate sign on dashboard but they changed away major parts of my truck with faulty transmission, rusted differentials , faulty steering box , faulty shocks , groose control, stolen my spare fuel cap, stolen my portable rechargeable battery . They used five days. They charged me. I will never recommend this shop to anyone .

I got a pm done and they said they didn't have time to grease the truck. Mind you they had my truck for 3 days checking some other stuff out for me that they didn't fix. When I got my truck back it had more problems than when I brung it to get fixed. And of course they want to charge me more money. I will never get work done here again. Very pricey slow turn around and sloppy work. I had exposed wires and wires hanging from the bottom of my truck when they got done. STAY AWAY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOU HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS SO CALLED ESTABLISHMENT!

We were trying to buy a trucks with them . They have taken the deposit and didn’t give us any trucks or the deposit back. When we emailed them we did not get any response back, all we got was lies and they have held our deposit and now refusing to give anything back. after million emails and calls, no reply from them and suddenly you get a call and they say that we are wrong and they cannot give our deposit back. Worst people to work with, biggest liars and frauds. We will definitely talk with them in the court. don’t invest your money with them, they are liars and will keep your money and will not give you anything in return. if I could, I would give them zero stars.
