The service department seems to have changed for the better since the switch in ownership, particularly in dealing with Jeff. Happy with the progress update phone calls I received, the thoroughness of diagnosis before recommending repair, and customer service. Although it remains a little pricey compared to other places which is why I give it 4 stars, I received pleasing results.
We had a great experience with this team! Scott and Dave were fabulous to work with! They delivered the truck to CT - Terri drove it up to us and was right on time! They helped organize financing and we would absolutely work with them again!!
Great parts dept . & Reasonable prices !
