I wanted to share a concern regarding my recent experience at your location. The girl at the front desk was quite dismissive during my visit. She sent me a vague text about what might be wrong with my car, and when I asked for clarification, she provided very little information and didn’t attempt to get anyone else to explain either. When I told her I wanted to return on Friday, she responded that she was busy and would set it up once she finished. I never heard anything further from her other than when it was time to pay. She never told me how long they would be with my car either. I had came early and was the only customer. Still waited over an hour. We brought our van into the dealership to schedule a recall (walk in they were not busy) so the part could be ordered, my husband spoke with Laura the service advisor, she verified it had two recalls and scheduled him an appointment for a week later to come back. He went back May 7th and met with her on the appointed date, she said they would order the parts and call us when they came in. (Wasted 2 trips even though she verified them the first time she failed to order the parts) We never got a call about the parts so on the 20th I (wife) called to check, and sure enough the parts were there. They completed the recalls, when we picked up, there was trash on the floor they used to do the recalls, along with rubber stopper looking parts and white plastic clips. Car broke down in the middle of the road after getting it serviced here because they forgot to tighten the battery connectors back on and we lost battery power while driving. Edit: in response to the owner’s response- Less than 10 minutes after leaving your shop, with my car broken down in the center of the road & battery dead, I called your number. You told me to “drive the car back and we’ll see what we can do”. I had to call a tow truck. When I got to a different mechanic he laughed to discover that the problem was that your technicians hadn’t securely reconnected the battery. Your mistake stranded me in a busy road and endangered me.

Replaced the battery in my Chevy truck.. Mr. Mike was customer friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. 😊
