All Star Muffler & Brake

Second time using All Star for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, and both visits have been excellent. On my first visit about a year ago, I went in for a brake job, oil change, and state inspection. They gave me clear, upfront pricing, which I approved. Once they started the work, they found the front brakes still had plenty of life left, so they only replaced the rear brakes—saving me money. They also pointed out a rear axle seal leak and were honest about the fact that they don’t service that repair. On my second visit, I came in for an oil change, O2 sensor replacement, inspection, and a front brake check. They called me as soon as the Jeep was on the rack to confirm pricing and timing. Was not impressed at all by the customer service I received. Walked in and asked about having an exhaust leak looked at. The two guys in front mumbled some things and then I asked what? And he said they were not able to do it today. No problem but he said we got a lot of cars in the parking lot and explained how they had a big complete redo on a Chevrolet that would take awhile. That they might be able to look at it in a few days. I was caught off guard and said might? Expecting to hear a more definitive answer on when they could look at it, but that didn’t happen. Not knowing when they could look at it, and no regard to really give me an answer - I turned away saying thanks. I’m not going to beg or pry an answer out of you.
