Stopped by to check about getting rock chip fixed and he told me to come back the next day at 1. I show up and he tells me he’s not fixing rock chips till the spring. I stopped by to see about getting my driver window fixed. It rolled up crooked. The man was rude and told me to call in the morning. I did and told me he worked long hours yesterday and he will call me back when he felt like doing it. He even told me the day before it was an easy fix!!! But oh I was such an inconvenience to him. My father stopped by to see if he could work on it. I didn’t know he went a head and went up there. He called me and told me the man was so rude to him and my father is a nice elderly man. If he says someone was rude then they were very rude. Then told him he won’t get to it to Monday anround 2 or 3. I’m sorry if it’s an easy fix why do that. Unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend!! These guys do great work and I have used them several times before with no issue, however this time was not the best. I have 6 vehicles that I have to keep up and I work 100 hours a week, I had my daughter take her car to get the windshield replaced and thought that when it was ready they would let her pick it up and I was going to come by and pay when I got off work because I work out of town. They basically said they didn't trust me, so I will be finding someone else to do my glass work going forward. I may be a lot of things but dishonest is definitely not one of them. They do excellent work I will not say anything bad about that but caring for their customers needs is lacking.
