I had to make a claim recently. I called and my agent said to come in and she would help me with the claim. I stopped by that day and was greeted as if I stopped by everyday. Very refreshing. My agent called and provided all the details over the phone to the insurance company. She handled all the paper work. I basically just had to verify some details over the phone at the end of her conversation with the insurance company. Great experience.
